1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened1 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper3/4 cup grated carrots1/2 cup diced celery1/2 cup diced green pepper1/3 cup chopped green onionsAssorted crackers and fresh vegetables

Preparation

In a bowl, beat first five ingredients until smooth. Stir in vegetables. Refrigerate, covered, 2-3 hours. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
