Ingredients

1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt1 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber1 tablespoon minced fresh mint2 garlic cloves, minced2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill2 teaspoons lemon juice1/4 teaspoon saltPITAS:1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)1 small onion, chopped1 medium Golden Delicious apple, finely chopped1/4 cup raisins2 teaspoons curry powder1/4 teaspoon salt8 whole wheat pita pocket halves

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix the first seven ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink; crumble beef; drain. Add apple, raisins, curry powder and salt; cook until apple is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve in pita halves with sauce.
