Ingredients

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise1 teaspoon curry powder2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup raisins2 medium peaches, sliced1 package (5 ounces) spring mix salad greens

Preparation

Mix mayonnaise and curry powder; toss gently with chicken, walnuts and raisins. Serve chicken mixture and peaches over greens.
