Ingredients

1-1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice1 medium onion, chopped3 tablespoons butter3 cups chicken broth3/4 teaspoon each dried basil, marjoram, thyme and sage1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Preparation

In a large saucepan, saute rice and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Stir in broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 18-22 minutes or until rice is tender.
