Ingredients

1/4 cup chopped apple2 tablespoons raisins2 tablespoons mayonnaise1/4 teaspoon onion salt1/8 teaspoon curry powder1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked2 sandwich rolls, splitAdditional mayonnaise, optionalLettuce leaves

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; add tuna and mix well. Spread rolls with additional mayonnaise if desired; top each with 1/2 cup tuna mixture and lettuce.
