1 can (5 ounces) light water-packed tuna, drained1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard1/4 teaspoon dill weed1/8 teaspoon onion powder1/8 teaspoon curry powder1/8 teaspoon garlic powder4 slices whole wheat bread
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Spread over two slices of bread. Top with remaining bread.
