Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup vinegar1 small onion, quartered1 tablespoon prepared mustard1 teaspoon celery seed1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper6 cups torn mixed salad greens1 small red onion, sliced and separated into rings2 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Combine the first eight ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Arrange greens, onion, eggs and bacon on salad plates; drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Serve immediately.
