Ingredients

36 Rhodes frozen rolls

1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni

Italian seasoning

grated Parmesan cheese

Pam Olive Oil Spray

marinara sauce

Preparation

Step 1Place a dozen frozen rolls on a paper plate. Spray frozen rolls with Pam.Step 2Place in microwave to quick defrost for about 1 minute on 50% power. Repeat with remaining 2 dozen rolls.Step 3Spread each roll out into the size of the palm of your hand and place 6-8 slices of pepperoni on top of the dough.Step 4Pull the corners of the dough over the pepperoni, spreading evenly, and pinch the top of the dough to seal it into a roll.Step 5Place all stuffed rolls into an oil-sprayed muffin pan and lightly sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on top.Step 6Cover with wax or parchment paper and towel for several hours to allow rolls to rise. Once risen, bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.Step 7Remove from oven, spray with Pam Olive Oil, and add additional Parmesan cheese.Step 8Serve hot with marinara dipping sauce.
