Ingredients
1-1/2 cups tricolored spiral pasta1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper2 tablespoons chopped onion2 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dill weed1 cup fully cooked salmon chunks or 1 can (7-1/2 ounces) salmon, drained, bones and skin removedMixed salad greens
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the next six ingredients.
Drain and rinse pasta in cold water; add to sour cream mixture. Stir in salmon. Cover and refrigerate. Serve over salad greens.
