Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt1/2 cup lemon juice1/3 cup canola oil1/2 cup minced fresh parsley1/2 cup chopped green onions4 garlic cloves, minced4 tablespoons fresh minced dill or 4 teaspoons dill weed1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper2 bone-in turkey breast halves (2-1/2 to 3 pounds each)
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Pour half of mixture into a shallow dish. Add turkey and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining mixture.
Drain turkey, discarding marinade. Grill turkey, covered, over medium-hot heat, basting occasionally with reserved mixture, 50-65 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
