Creamy Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced1 small onion, chopped1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted1 cup sour cream1 teaspoon salt Preparation Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 70-75 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
