Crab Stuffed Filet Mignon Recipe
Ingredients 1/2 cup lump crabmeat, drained2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon chopped green onion1 teaspoon butter, melted2 beef tenderloin steaks (6 ounces each)1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper Preparation In a small bowl, combine the crabmeat, cheese, onion and butter.
